I currently work as an employee experience design lead at the Royal Bank of Canada, where we're making the employee experience awesome for RBC's 90,000+ employees worldwide. I have an academic background, with a masters degree and publications in the Human Factors engineering domain. I love untangling and making sense of complex domains, where people and technology intersect.
